Below are two examples of patios constructed using natural stone, on the left Indian sandstone that is full of colour and features, including visible fossils and natural seams and patterns.

On the right a black limestone patio, a modern and stylish looking material and an ideal cost effective alternative to slate. It's dark grays and blacks contrast spectacularly with green foliage and brightly coloured flowers in surrounding planting.
